The opening ceremony of PV Drilling's 5th Mass Art Festival took place on the morning of October 2nd at the Military Theater (Ho Chi Minh City). The festival brings together personnel and workers from member units across PV Drilling, creating a space for exchange, connection, and spreading the cultural values nurtured over its 25-year development journey. This is also an opportunity for professionals working on engineering projects, offshore rigs, member units, and offices to meet outside their daily routines, jointly sharing their passion for art, professional pride, and the "One PVD" spirit.

Attending the opening ceremony, on behalf of the PETROVIETNAM Trade Union, were Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the PETROVIETNAM Trade Union; Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the PETROVIETNAM Trade Union; together with members of the Standing Committee and leaders of PETROVIETNAM Trade Union departments.
On behalf of PV Drilling, there were Mr. Nguyen The Son - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Duyen Hieu - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Dinh Quang Nhut - Member of the Standing Board of the Party Committee, Vice President; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Duong - Vice President, Head of the Festival Organizing Committee; Mr. Hoang Xuan Bach - Chairman of the PV Drilling Trade Union, Deputy Head of the Festival Organizing Committee; members of the Board of Directors, Board of Management, representatives of socio-political organizations, leaders of departments and office of the Corporation, leaders of member units, along with a large number of employees, contestants, and supporters.



Looking back on the 25-year journey, PV Drilling has traversed various phases, experiencing periods of robust growth as well as facing numerous challenges and hardships. Nevertheless, throughout this journey, the core values of valuing people, professionalism, and the spirit of "Solidarity - Discipline - Creativity - Efficiency" have always been upheld. This serves as the foundation for building a unified, cohesive, and comprehensively developed PV Drilling—not only in business operations but also in the cultural life of its workforce.

With 7 teams and 26 performances in this year's festival, each performance brought a unique artistic color while expressing the affection and pride of employees toward their common home, PV Drilling. PV Drilling's leadership highly appreciated the elaborate and dedicated preparation of the member units, while expecting that cultural, artistic, and sports activities will continue to be maintained regularly, creating more spaces for interaction and connection among employees. Through this, the values cultivated over 25 years will continue to spread, inspiring confidence and aspiration for PV Drilling's next development path.

Participating in the Festival are 7 teams from the Corporate Headquarters Trade Union, PVD Offshore Trade Union, Vietubes Trade Union, PVD Training Trade Union, PVD Tech Trade Union, PVD Well Services Trade Union, and PVD Baker Hughes Trade Union. The participation of units across various sectors within PV Drilling's service ecosystem creates a vibrant picture of the Corporation's working community, from management and executive blocks to technical, training, and specialized service units.

Accompanying the Festival is a Panel of Judges comprising experienced artists and experts in the field of culture and arts: People's Artist Ta Minh Tam - former Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music; MC/Artist Quynh Hoa - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House; Meritorious Artist Luong Xuan Thanh - Principal of the Ho Chi Minh City Dance School. The Panel of Judges evaluates the performances based on technical quality, artistic expression, and stage production.

The 5th Mass Art Festival adds a vibrant touch to the cultural and spiritual life of PV Drilling personnel.
