Offshore
Floorman
The Floorman operates and maintains all Rig floor drill string handling and hoisting equipment and Well Control systems and equipment as directed by the Driller.
The Floorman operates and maintains all related tools and other equipment required to run casing, run and retrieve the drill string, riser, Subsea equipment (if applicable) and specialized tools as required. During non- drilling operations, the Floorman's work activities include the repair and maintenance of drilling equipment and work areas as directed by the Driller. During relocation of the drilling unit, the Floorman assists as directed in positioning the drilling unit on and off location.
Qualification, experience and competency requirements.
General Prerequisites for Employment:
- Qualification: technical worker or higher
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in offshore drilling rigs, including at least 6 months as Roustabout.
- Successfully demonstrate the physical ability to perform essential job functions.
- Must successfully pass pre-placement physical examination.
- Must be able to perform his job functions safely.
- Must be able to comply with Rig’s policies, procedures and rules.
- Must successfully satisfy all applicable International Regulatory Body and Client training certification.
- Communicate quite well in English.

JOB OVERVIEW

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC / JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Theo dõi, đo lường và ghi chép chính xác các thông số dung dịch khoan và báo cáo kịp thời khi có biến động.
- Vận hành, giám sát và bảo dưỡng hệ thống bơm dung dịch, bể chứa và thiết bị khuấy trộn.
- Thực hiện pha trộn, xử lý dung dịch và hóa phẩm theo hướng dẫn của Kỹ sư dung dịch.
- Kiểm tra, bổ sung dầu bôi trơn cho các thiết bị trong hệ thống tuần hoàn dung dịch.
- Vận hành hệ thống van, đảm bảo lưu thông dung dịch đúng quy trình.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình an toàn, cô lập thiết bị và các thủ tục liên quan khi làm việc.
- Thực hiện báo cáo dung dịch hàng ngày và ghi chép vận hành đầy đủ.
- Bảo dưỡng định kỳ thiết bị trong phòng máy bơm.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC / REQUIREMENTS:
- Nam, sức khỏe tốt, Khám sức khỏe offshore đạt yêu cầu và điều kiện làm việc offshore (ngoài khơi).
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng các ngành kỹ thuật (Cơ khí, Dầu khí, Điện,...) trở lên.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trên giàn khoan. Ứng viên có từng đảm nhận công việc ở vị trí Floorman/Derrickman/Pumpman hoặc tương đương trên giàn khoan.
- Có khả năng làm việc theo ca, chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
Hiểu biết về hệ thống dung dịch khoan, quy trình tuần hoàn dung dịch và thiết bị liên quan (bơm, bể chứa, sàng rung,...).
- Cẩn thận, chính xác trong ghi chép và báo cáo số liệu. Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt, phối hợp hiệu quả với đội khoan.

- Thực hiện sắp xếp, đưa cần khoan vào/ra vị trí trên tháp khoan trong quá trình kéo – thả cần.
- Vận hành, giám sát và bảo trì hệ thống dung dịch khoan (máy bơm, bể chứa, thiết bị xử lý).
- Theo dõi, đo lường và báo cáo các thông số dung dịch (tỷ trọng, độ nhớt, mức bể…).
- Duy trì chất lượng dung dịch khoan, phối hợp trộn và xử lý hóa phẩm theo yêu cầu.
- Vận hành và bảo dưỡng các thiết bị liên quan: sàng rung, máy khuấy, hệ thống van, thiết bị làm sạch dung dịch.
- Thực hiện kiểm tra, bảo dưỡng định kỳ tháp khoan và thiết bị liên quan.
- Hỗ trợ công tác thả ống chống, trám xi măng và lắp/tháo BOP.
- Phối hợp hỗ trợ các vị trí khác trên sàn khoan khi cần thiết.
